Are all the bags and accessories completely Made in Italy?
Yes, all Filomena Amore products are exclusively handcrafted in Italy among the beautiful hills of Tuscany
When will I receive my order?
Orders received are processed as quickly as possible, usually the day after receiving the order. All shipping transit times are based off the order's address. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Filomena Amore does not take responsibility for shipping and transit delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. For USA the shipping is ALWAYS FREE!
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $399 for EUROPE and worldwide!
For ITALY we offer standard shipping for orders over € 150
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $350! The Free Shipping option will appear as an option for eligible orders. No coupon code needed.
Can I change my shipping option after I've placed my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order goes through, we cannot change it. However, please email info@filomenaamore.com to see if there is anything we can do for you.
Can I track my order?
Of course, we will provide you with the code to track your shipment via email.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide except Italy and Europe. For these destinations you can buy directly from www.filomenaamore.it
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards from the major international circuits VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payment via PAYPAL is also accepted.
Is it possible to make a return?

Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once the order has been placed it will no longer be possible to modify it. However, please email info@filomenaamore.com to see if there is anything we can do for you.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
During the checkout phase (before payment) you will be asked to enter your billing information and, if you want to ship to a different address, the recipient's information.
I received a wrong, defective or damaged product, what should I do?
Send an email to: info@filomenaamore.com with the order number, telling us the product received by mistake or sending the photo of the defective or damaged product. We will respond to you within 48 business hours with the instructions and assistance procedure for your specific case.
Will there be new collections in addition to those on the site?

Will I have to pay custom duties to receive my bag from Italy to USA?
No,
for shipments to the United States, you will not have to pay any duty
for the purchase of your bag. The duty is already included.
For countries such as Switzerland, UK or subject to duty, customs payment is not included in our shipping costs.
